    SPORTS DAY 2025

On March 7, our school community came together for an unforgettable Sports Day at our Srinakarin campus. Students from both our Srinakarin and Drama 9 campuses gathered for a day filled with energy, teamwork, and friendly competition.

The event featured a variety of sports and games that brought together students, teachers, and parents in the spirit of athleticism and camaraderie. Highlights of the day included the basketball championship, badminton and soccer matches, thrilling relays, sprints, and the ever-exciting tug-of-war. Parents also joined in on the fun, competing in their own relays, tug-of-war, and volleyball games.

After an action-packed day, students were awarded medals for their outstanding performances. In the final results, the Blue Team emerged as the overall champion of Sports Day 2025, while the Yellow Team claimed the title of Best Cheer.

Congratulations to all participants for their incredible sportsmanship and enthusiasm! We look forward to another fantastic Sports Day next year.

Our Pre-Prep students had an exciting time in their Mandarin lesson this week, reinforcing their knowledge of Chinese characters and sentence structures through an interactive and engaging activity.

To review what they’ve learned, students took turns going up to the board to match Chinese characters with corresponding words and sentences. This hands-on approach helped them recognize and recall key vocabulary while building confidence in their reading skills. Additionally, they worked on identifying pictures that corresponded to different characters, making the learning process both visual and dynamic.

By actively participating in matching games and sentence-building exercises, our Pre-prep students strengthened their Mandarin skills in a fun and collaborative way. Their enthusiasm and eagerness to engage with the language were truly wonderful to see!

This hands-on approach allowed students to develop their listening and writing skills while gaining confidence in their Thai language abilities. Their dedication and enthusiasm were evident as they worked through each word with focus and precision.

    YEAR 3 MANDARIN: SPELLING REVIEW

Our Year 3 class had an engaging and interactive spelling review featuring words from HSK2. Our vocabulary focus included terms related to daily activities such as "playing basketball," "sing," "read newspaper," and "answer questions."

They began the session by reviewing all the words together as a class, ensuring that students recognized their meanings and spellings. Then, to make learning more enjoyable, they played a game called "What Is Missing?"

Students were divided into two groups to compete against each other. In each round, they saw a picture on the slide and had to use the correct word to describe it. The first student to respond correctly earned a point for their team. This game created a lively and competitive atmosphere that motivated students to recall and reinforce their vocabulary knowledge.

After the game, students moved on to the writing portion of the class. Students practiced using the spelling words by writing sentences for each term on paper, reinforcing their understanding and application of the vocabulary in context.

Overall, the lesson was a fantastic blend of fun and learning. The combination of visual aids, friendly competition, and writing exercises helped students grasp the spelling words effectively.
